Owner never once returned a phone call in my attempts to be in touch and make inquiries, did not show any concern about giving me faulty info re the hours of his availability, and neither followed through with showing up to pick up my carpet for work on it as promised, nor to apologize for not showing up. This to me is rude and unprofessional and I was happy to find another professional who was very attentive, forthright and competent.

These guys know their work and they do it well! I'm so please with the beautiful custom made hardwood stairs they installed. Honest and fast.
