After a horrible experience with a previous company we had been with for years we found Mike with Cousins AC I was told a window and he showed up an hour early and was able to resolve the issue in less than 45 min. He was professional, kind, and took the time to show us what was wrong and what he did to fix it. I will absolutely be using him again and referring to anyone who needs his service.

If I could give them a zero, I would. When I asked where their office is located, he sarcastically replied "im not sitting on my couch waiting for you to call. When I told him the unit was only two years old, he asked me why I was calling him, not the contractor. This was at 430pm. Plenty of time to find someone else. Instead I received notice that he was booked for the day at 730p. Too late to find someone else. He could have told me at 430 he was booked. So I came home today and was greeted with the ac blowing hot, and it's 90 in the house, so without even sitting down i called Mike with cousins air and within 30 minutes mike was here with his trusted assistant(son) and in less then 10 minutes all was good. We had Cousins Air replace our unit a few years ago and was the best purchase we have made.

Had them come out to diagnose and repair our condenser. Response time was impeccable, and when I had a question about the price, my concerns were put at ease immediately. Cousins are a rare breed of honesty and integrity. Give them a call.

The guys at Cousins are amazing. I was incredibly impressed with their work and would absolutely recommend them as well as use them if needed in the future.
