Poor customer service! They told me it would take 2-1/2 hours to get cv axle off shelf come back later. Came back 3 hours later still wasn’t pulled place was dead no other customers there! Waited almost another hour. Staff was very rude!!!
My husband called and spoke with Ethan about some parts we were needing for a rebuild. Ethan was very helpful and friendly to deal with. We drove over 11 hours one way to get these parts. Ethan was just as nice in person. Due to some requirements of our State in salvage title rebuilds, we needed a copy of the title to the vehicle the parts came from. Called on a drive shaft. I was told by Colin and I would receive a call back in 30 minutes. 3 hours later no call I had to get a different sales person to help all they did is send me to Colin who then said he would call me back in another half an hour. 24 hours later still no call back from Colin 3rd call and 4 call still excuses after excuses This was 6-26-2018 I have also sent 4 emails to them and no response.
