I ordered from them three or four times a week always order my breadsticks no parmesan no butter. Whoever the new lady is in the evening is rude as hell hung up on me twice and screwed up my order. I hope she gets the same service next time she orders food. 35 dollars wasted cause I'm too aggravated to eat.
The food was fine, it's never the problem. It's always the service here. I prepaid and pre-tipped for my order, including clear delivery instructions: leave the food on the porch and ring the doorbell. These were ignored. The driver claimed "he wasn't told" even tough it was boldly printed on the receipt. The driver insisted on a signature, claiming it was required, only to present a second tip line. Cousin Vinny's consistently delivers hot and fresh pizza. My personal favorite is the pepperoni with extra cheese, which never disappoints. Whether you choose traditional or thin crust, the pizza is always delicious. The thin crust is perfectly crispy, flavorful, and satisfying. I recently tried Vinnys Deluxe pizza. Great FOOD ALWAYS; never ever disappoints. I've never had a bad experience @ any location. I have ordered from or been to all of the Dayton locations, Huber ( old Troy pike) Siebenthaler, Miamisburg, west Carrollton, Springboro, Moraine, Franklin, but not out of the state of Ohio or any location North of Dayton/ Montgomery county/ Warren county, etc. The delivery guys seem to always have a great disposition and/ or sense of humor, always well kempt staff, clean facilities.
