I love cousin vinnies.. Been going there for years.. Now they also have a burger bar in the via mall. So today I bring 13 people to via port to have one of the great burgers there... Got there and was told they don't have the grill today so NO BURGERS!!! So we decide to go across the street to cousin Vinnies to have a burger there and guess what NO BURGERS!!! I can not believe this.... Don't know what has happened to this place but this is ridiculous... Plus only one waitress for the whole place and this is on a holiday week... read more

May I take the time to first say that I apologize from the bottom of my heart for the inconvenience you experienced. I would also like to inform you on a sliver of what we endured that day... As you said yourself, it was a holiday weekend and my kitchen managers must not have ordered appropriately for the business that we received. I spoke with them and made sure it doesn't happen again. I get my wings extra cooked and extra wet. The Train Wreck flavor is awesome.
The cheese steaks are great. They have great service also.
I just tried the Philly cheese steak from them and it was by far THE BEST Philly I ever had. I always get wings which are awesome too.
Fantastic.....great food! Fish & chips with Vinney's specialty sauce are to write home about! :) Hamburgers are a " must" to come back too!
Amazing place! Love all the awsome decor! Arcade has the most fun games some of which I use to play when I was younger (upgraded of course ) And new games as well. The bar is huge! Service was incredible! I will definitely be back.
Best chicken salad ever!! Severs friendly and efficient.
