Dr. Fitzpatrick is GREAT! Front desk reception HORRIBLE!
The woman who works at the front desk does not smile or greet you and is not kind in any way. I’m not sure why she’s customer facing because she is as unwelcoming as possible. The doctors I have seen were all good which is why I continued going there. They no longer accept my insurance so I’m not disappointed I don’t need to go there again.
It is a friendly, professional practice. The convenience of an in office Quest lab is a huge plus. Appointments are easy to get.
After 2 years of leaving Coury Family Medicine because I followed my doctor that left, I decided to come back because trying to get someone to talk to other than scheduling is like pulling teeth at the new office. I decided to return here and go back to seeing Dr. Coury. Best decision I made as far as doctors go. I was glad to See him and the staff again. I can not recommend a better place to go for a family Dr. I am glad I went back.
