I had an intake appointment that went alright. The receptionist was fine; the tech was rushed, didn’t really listen to my answers to her questions, and generally unpleasant; the nurse practitioner was fine. Since that appointment, I have called twice to schedule appointments one different days about a month and a half apart. I didn’t receive an answer either time, but I left a voicemail. I was told Gilbert Lab opened at 6:30 am ...I got up early... I was there just after 6:30 am ...dark building not even one light on...I waited until 6:45...and thought nobody is going to be here until 7 or 8 am ..so I left...then I called the office at 8am to find out what time the Lab opened and was told 6:30...she put me on hold and came back saying someone was there...the Lab staff LIED...NO! nobody was there!
Friendly service, thorough, I always get right in.
They refused to see me for an annual physical (this is wellness and covered by insurance 100%), kept asking me if there was something wrong, I said no. So, it made me come in for a new patient consultation appt. just to do paperwork and tell them nothing was wrong, but charged me $105 co-pay before I was allowed to schedule an annual physical. We’ve seen multiple providers here, always a great experience. This is one of those rare medical practices that actually honors their appointment times as opposed to running late, yet we never feel rushed by the provider in the exam room. We feel fortunate having this practice keeping us healthy.
