It is a friendly, professional practice. The convenience of an in office Quest lab is a huge plus. Appointments are easy to get.
After 2 years of leaving Coury Family Medicine because I followed my doctor that left, I decided to come back because trying to get someone to talk to other than scheduling is like pulling teeth at the new office. I decided to return here and go back to seeing Dr. Coury. Best decision I made as far as doctors go. I was glad to See him and the staff again. I can not recommend a better place to go for a family Dr. I am glad I went back.
I had an intake appointment that went alright. The receptionist was fine; the tech was rushed, didn’t really listen to my answers to her questions, and generally unpleasant; the nurse practitioner was fine. Since that appointment, I have called twice to schedule appointments one different days about a month and a half apart. I didn’t receive an answer either time, but I left a voicemail. I was told Gilbert Lab opened at 6:30 am ...I got up early... I was there just after 6:30 am ...dark building not even one light on...I waited until 6:45...and thought nobody is going to be here until 7 or 8 am ..so I left...then I called the office at 8am to find out what time the Lab opened and was told 6:30...she put me on hold and came back saying someone was there...the Lab staff LIED...NO! nobody was there!
