I love living here
Place is ghetto! The cabinets and everything inside the apartment has a sticky feeling. Like it’s just paint on top of paint on top of paint that my pantry closet doesn’t even close right from how thick the door has gotten from so much piled paint. When I first moved in didn’t realize the apartment didn’t have washer and drier connections. They didn’t disclose that but when I confronted them they swore they did say but they didn’t. Lynette is such a sweet hard worker, she was very thorough with the information, even though I didn’t lease here I will soon because of this amazing customer service giving by Lynette
I’m living here now 3 years and I love it here. I appreciate how the leasing office (Lynette & Samantha ) are very helpful in resolving issues with tenants, they are great listeners. They are a treasure. I would like to say thank you for going above and beyond to assist us with different packages and programs and being patient with us. Definitely recommend courtyards of roses to anyone wanting to join the community.
