This building is clean however there is hardly ever any hot running water. The radiator heating turns off every year and they're too lazy or cheap to fix it properly. so it breaks every winter Management doesn't do anything, no matter how many times you complain about things. I have mold in my bathtub and they haven't fixed it, they keep telling me Oh next year.... it's been 2 years and it hasn't been fixed it. Many improvements have been made! The maintenance staff has been very good. We could use a stationary picnic table for our green space. Handicap doors would really help for the elderly as well as handicap parking. Spraying for ants. Thankyou
