Stayed here for about 4 years. Affordable and quaint. Great location, straight shot to the city in about 15-20 mins on Ohio River Blvd. Never any bad experiences with neighbors as everyone keeps to themselves. Also never had any pest issues despite it being an older property, other than stink bugs in the Spring. On the negatives - living next to loud train tracks can be bothersome.
