I have lived at Vineland for almost 5 years..When I first moved in it wasn't the place it is now..Now management actually takes care of the property and cares about the tenants needs.Management has also in past got involved with Ice bucket challenge to show support..The place has come along way with new playground for the kids..cameras to keep watch to help weed out the bad things that used to occur on a regular bases..There is also a neighborhood watch that was implemented to help keep illegal activities down to a minimum a... read more
I just moved out I didn't have screens in my windows all summer long people are very noisy and management does not do what you ask and nothing gets done than he turns it around on you I would not recommend it to anyone
This place is run by slumlords. We were not told that the apt below us and the one diagonally across from us had a bedbug infestation. We unfortunately found out through the people who had the issue and because I found only 2 luckily in my apt. We heard a noise in the bathroom over Thanksgiving last yr, onluy to find feces pouring through the fan and ceiling where it eventually caved in with a waterfall of feces and urine. The woman who manages this complex is unethical and in violation of tennant rights on a regular basis. My son lives here and over the period of 2 years we have seen her target good honest people making up false violations so that she can evict them move a new tennant in. My guess is that she gets a bonus for each new tennant she get in the place. She makes up rules that are outlandish, an example is that there is a semi-private large backyard behind every apartment with a back door to this yard and the manager made up a rule... read more
This is the worst place anyone could want to live at. they have very very poor managment. nothing ever gets repaired, and paper has legs and just walks off. On tuesdaywhen we had the quake our building was flooded the main water line broke and people lost alot of things. Right now there are at least 10 famoilys without a home, some living in cars with small children. we keep getting the run around on everything. and they are not placing anyone in hotels or rentals till the work is done. They dont care what these familys are g... read more
This modest apartment complex is surprisingly quiet and everyone is very friendly. Rents are based on income and there are eligibility requirements. Rent seems to be raised once a year every year by $40. This is a litttle mind boggling considering the following: 1. The maintence people seem to overly rely on certain tenants to help with very basic repairs without adequately compensating them. It is my belief that maintenance staff should be able to fix things such as leaky faucets/toliets, window screens, andchanging lightbu... read more
