Very nice hotel, the rooms are a good size and clean. Valet wasn't expensive and easy to work with. Great location
I’m disappointed with my recent stay at the Courtyard Downtown Wilmington NC especially after initially having such a great impression on my stayed at Courtyard in Tampas on May 31, 2025. I reserved two rooms through a third-party site (Expedia) for a party of eight—two adults and two children per room. The rooms themselves were fine, but the experience was overshadowed by the hotel's handling of breakfast, which was supposed to be included in our reservation. Inner shower curtains are too short, so water gets all over the floor, AC doesn’t pause on auto, some of the breakfast staff are kinda rude. Front desk staff were pleasant though.
