I recently had an outstanding experience with the staff service. I was particularly impressed with Lisa and Scotty, who were incredibly patient and attentive. They took the time to listen to our special requests and address each one with genuine care. Their dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out. I appreciated their professionalism and understanding throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking exceptional experience.
If you book for breakfast through expedia, they won’t honour it. Young girl at the front refused to help with the breakfast and told us to call them ourselves when roaming charges would cost more than the actual breakfast. Unhelpful and unprofessional. First night had a shower clog and was moved to another room across the hall. Toilet was partially working but functional to say the least. Most of the staff were friendly and kind.
Stayed here for one night and and I had no complaints. Clean room, good employees, and amazing location downtown. 8/10
