We roomed on the 11th floor. The rooms were clean but the heater in the bedroom wasn't working. The TVs didn't work well, had to call IT then finally a site staff came over to fix it. Took 2 trips, 4hrs apart to the front desk to get an extra blanket. The street side is very noisy. The pool was closed.
Welcoming and super friendly check-in! We were switched to another room per our request with zero issues and excellent customer service! Check out was as friendly and quick as check in! Great view, cozy suite and Starbucks coffee to go 🤩
I always stay at a Marriott. Service is friendly and the rooms are spacious and safe. Get a balcony view and enjoy the stargazing and sunsets and rises
