Great place to live for an amazing price. The maintenance guy Domingo is helpful and respectful. I also really appreciate the property manager, Seth. Always respectful and professional. He makes sure the residents comfortability is at the top of his priorities.

I lived here for 2 years. Seth the property manager and maintenance are great! They always handled my maintenance request very fast! The apartments being all bills paid made it super easy and convenient. My apartment studio was great, it had a spacious living area with a cute little area for my bed, a cute little kitchen, a big closet, and a cute balcony overlooking the golf course across the street. Great place to live and a great price! Seth the manager and Domingo the maintenance man are both super friendly and go above and beyond to make sure everything is kept up with. Residents are all friendly and it is very safe and quiet. Would definitely recommend!
