The HOA is very unresponsive to issues and repairs.
I’ve lived here for a very long time. Great location. Close to the 10 and 210 freeways. The HOA however lags and doesn’t do much for their residents. The intercom has not been hooked up and I live in the very back. When guests arrive, I have to walk out front and let them in and it takes a while to walk out there. The intercom had not worked for me for years!! I pay the HOA every month and it’s a pain. I’m going to keep calling and calling and calling till this gets resolved. It’s ridiculous.
