I recently stayed at the Simi Valley Marriott for a quick getaway. The location is great and very convenient, and the staff I interacted with were friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, there were some cleanliness issues that stood out. The bathroom floor was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been deep cleaned in quite some time. One of the best Courtyards I've stayed at. Pretty clean room, super comfortable and super comfy bed. The pool area was great and the service from staff was top notch. I loved the a/c unit in the room and that it had continuous fan mode since the freeway was right there. But that's ok, freeway right there made it really easy for my trip. Decent food nearby....happy camper! I'd stay here again.
ADA should inspect this hotel. According to the manager, there are only two rooms that have no bathtub. Unfortunately, they do not accommodate singles traveling together with disabilities since they only have two rooms with king size beds. They are right on the freeway so it's very noisy. There is no one at the front desk who can show a room. The person there was very curt. The lobby is very dark. The outside is extremely noisy.
