I spent six weeks at this Courtyard Marriott for work and ended up moved through FOUR different rooms because none of them were actually livable. Smelly rooms, stained walls and floors, grease-covered headboards — cracked bathtubs held together with stick-on mats, seriously? Drains in the sinks and tubs barely worked in any room I was given. The air conditioners were a joke. is prone to messing up your reservation. Booked 3 nights over the phone and person on the other end booked only 2 nights. Confirmed 3 times it was for 3 nights and it still got messed up.

I traveled all the way from Georgia to California for what should have been a pleasant stay, but my experience at this hotel was nothing short of appalling. As a nurse who has traveled extensively and stayed at hotels 49 times this year alone, I have high standards for cleanliness and service, and this property failed on every level. The staff at the front desk and on the phone reservations were incompitant and left us without a place to stay on the last night in town. I said 3 days, not 2 days, when I made the reservation, and was told it was corrected. When I went to confirm on the phone I corrected them a second time and when we checked in I was tomd it was corrected and then two days in we were told we were not supposed to be there for another day.
