I stayed here for 4 nights with my family for a wedding and we had a great time. I interacted with several different front desk staff, and they were all very pleasant and helpful. In particular, Ray went out of her way to help me with an issue I was having and it made all the difference for me. There's a pool and a HOT TUB, which we just loved. Hotel just ok. Nothing to rave about but be prepared to be over charged for everything. 2 small coffees will cost you $10, laundry $6-$6.50 per load for wash and dry each. They blame it on the manufacturer but that's BS.
This hotel presents well online and the lobby and the rooms appear nice. The internet is terribly inadequate. We could not finish a movie because it kept lagging. All the doors on our floor slam automatically so it sounds like people are throwing furniture in the hallways till late at night.
