cox has been out for over a week & hasn't been fixed. :-(
Don't let your loved ones live here! They do not follow their own safety regulations (including allowing residents to smoke in their rooms when there are oxygen tanks present) and lie whenever it's convenient for them.
My aunt stays there and I love it there the staff is wonderful I would like to thank Mary J she works at the front desk she helped me and my aunt with a situation one morning and I appreciate Mary for going above and beyond it takes a lot of heart working with seniors so thanks Mary for all you do
Courtyard towers is at such a great location, right in the historic section of Mesa. The building is 14 stories high which means the views of the area and our Arizona sunsets and sunrises are amazing! The chef has been there for over 10 years so the meals are exceptional and consistent. The nursing team really cares and the care staff reflect that same attitude with their love for the residents. A really good value in senior living.
Moved Mom in Monday and stayed for three days! Food was good, they were very accommodating from things to order, tray to take to your room or food to go! Only reason it's not a 5 is it's a little out dated in carpet, older locks that are hard to turn, facets, cabinets that still need to be updated. Hoping that in process. The staff and the residents are very welcoming.
Staff is amazing! Very patient and good at what they do. I stop in at all sorts of different days and times so I know a lot of the staff. I highly recommend this senior facility.
Great staff that loves what they do and it shows. All the residents are so happy.
