No complaints, was here staying for Syracuse Nationals. 2 room suite was spacious and nice, hotel was clean, staff was friendly
We rented a king two room suite. The room itself was great other than the awful shower head and no towel bars or hooks to hang anything. Staff were friendly and the room was clean. I find it absurd that you have to pay daily for parking when you’re parking on site. I could understand if the hotel is subletting a lot but the parking was on site. Great spot to walk around and explore. Parking is an additional $20, which they dont tell you when you book
Walking distance to restaurants, general stores, and shops. Starbucks inside. The gym is hot and muggy. Update: this is the second week I have stayed in this hotel. The first week the housekeeper came in despite my do not disturb sign. I called and alerted the front desk. This time, it happened again!! Needless to say, ill not be staying here again. Once is coincidence, twice is allowed.
