Incredible amount of street noise, as it is located in a popular area with bars etc. Of course the hotel isn't responsible for this. They do provide ear plugs. I'm a light sleeper and only slept about 2 hours each night I was there. Otherwise, clean facilities, gym, pool access. Plenty of parking. And the staff was kind and friendly.
hannah is the loveliest person i’ve met in the hospitality industry. she is truly such a gem and improved my stay so much! the hotel is a great location for downtown syracuse!
bathroom shower is made of plastic and full of mold. the room is outdated and worn. would not reccomend staying here.
