Purchased a breakfast package and there was no breakfast! I talked to reception and all she did was show me that on her computer, it showed a rate without breakfast. I showed her my reservation on the Marriott app that showed a breakfast rate and she didn't offer even an apology for the confusion. The Courtyard Marriott at Armory Square exceeded our expectations and was the perfect spot for our overnight stay. The ladies at the front counter were so kind and helpful, especially Pauline and Elizabeth. The room was extremely clean and comfortable (thank you, Gladys O)!
