BED BUGS! I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks in room 202 in November 2025. The room I stayed in had bed bugs and the bite marks did not appear until the day I was checking out unfortunately. I called the hotel several times over the next 3 weeks and spoke with employees that said they would have the manager call me back. I never received a call back and had to always initiate the calls. Excellent service!
I have stayed at this location multiple times for work. Staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. The beds are generally comfortable and the furniture is room by room as far as quality.
I like the fact the shopping strips were right over the bridge less than a 5 minute drive and I didn’t do room service cause I just never select that option at hotels. They do have a bistro that includes Starbucks. Staff is friendly and accommodating.
What's the purpose of an eatery * bar if you close at 8pm in the middle of nowhere? * the waitstaff didn't even acknowledge me coming in. In my car now in search of a meal
