This is a quiet and well maintained condo community. Literally there is a private courtyard in the middle. All units are 2 bed/2 bath. Caution if you are looking to buy! This is an owner occupied building and owners must live in the units. Rentals are very limited and restricted. Don’t expect to buy and then rent… you could have your name on the list for years before being able to rent. And then only year long leases. Short term rentals are expressly forbidden! That being said, it is quiet, and close to everything.
Wonderful location with beautiful and spacious units
Really solid place with an amazing location. Wish I could have bought a condo here while I was renting but the world imploded and it became financially impossible to afford any property unless you make $300k a year but then your employer doesn’t even give you anything more than a 2% raise every year so you’re actually poorer than you ever were because inflation is so out of control and we are hurdling towards a complete societal collapse. Ok condo complex downtown. Great location but the place cold use some updates
Courtyard Square is a Square deal for multiple reasons: 1. location 2. safe indoor parking. 3.great 2 Bedroom floorplans with bedroom & bathroom on each side of the unit. 4. With 117 units it allows for cheap & Efficient mgmt fees. 5 Great owner profiles; committed to clean professionally run building.
