Great hotel with a perfect location right at the Louisiana Boardwalk. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and modern, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. I loved being within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. The atmosphere was relaxing, the property was well maintained, and the overall experience was excellent. Definitely a great place to stay in the Shreveport-Bossier area!
As a Titanium Bonvoy member, I’ve stayed at more Marriott properties than I can count — and I have never experienced anything as unacceptable as this. The room was absolutely filthy. I walked in to find stains all over the comforter and carpet, a broken lampshade hanging crooked, and disgusting stains on the mattress that made my skin crawl. I normally ignore ratings that involve poor customer service, but these guys cost me real money. I made a reservation over the phone for a room, and they said they'd give me a confirmation email. After receiving no confirmation email I called back the next day, and they told me I had no reservation. I called back again on the day I was supposed to check in, and they said I have no reservation, so I ended up staying somewhere else.
