The rooms at this location are absolutely spectacular and the housekeeping is wonderful. They do such a good job. But the management was not, there was a gentleman, Nicholas, that we had to deal with who was horrible. The young lady, Alecia, at the front desk referred me to him, but he was rude and lacked customer service. And the front desk girl was no better. I would love to return here but that experience was too much to deal with.
Received an email that they had found my black premium wool coat. Shortly after received another message that they had lost it. At worst, there's theft and at best there's negligence.
This location is filled with cockroaches, I added photos of what I walked into when I woke up. Who knows how many other ones they are in room, I got out asap. Marriott did the minimum to attempt to make this right, I will be looking for another property in the area when I make my monthly trip to the area. Stay away from the property!
We stayed on the 1st floor, the rooms were spacious, decor was okay, but had a musky smell. The lobby was beautifully decorated. It was in walking distance to Margaritaville. I think the price was high for an off peek travel.
