I really appreciated how close this location was to the light rail. It was clean and the hotel staff when we checked in was super helpful explaining how to access and use the light rail from the hotel! My complaints are tied to the night time staffing. When we got back to the hotel in the evening, our tv didn’t work. Traveling with three kids, we really needed the tv to help them wind down for the night. Very disappointing experience. We arrived around 2 AM and, despite having already notified the hotel through the Marriott app about our late arrival, there was no staff available to check us in for nearly 30 minutes. Worst hotel ever!!! • Arrived at 2:00 AM, nobody was there. We arrived exhausted at around 2 AM after traveling, expecting a simple check-in. Instead, we walked into an empty lobby with no receptionist anywhere. We stood there and waited for about 20 minutes. Put me in the wrong room! A downgraded, very small room at that. They Promised to move me but never did. I asked for a refund of one full night, which they denied, offered points to my account, and a small partial refund.
