This hotel is a wonderful blend of historic charm and modern comfort. The building itself is beautifully preserved, with elegant architecture and detailed interiors. My room was decorated with classic furnishings but included modern amenities like air conditioning and fast Wi-Fi. The bathroom was large and spotless. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, offering great tips about nearby restaurants and cultural sites. Breakfast was served in a lovely dining room with a wide variety of fresh and tasty choices.

Will probably look at other options next trip. Even though I received an upgrade due to loyalty program status, I was put in the room nobody wants due to the water boiler noise behind the headboard wall. When I called the front desk, the agent made me feel like I was being ridiculous about the noise and no one has ever complained. Then, the next day, the manager called and said he was aware of the noise because many customers have complained in the past. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel — the rooms and amenities were great, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. A special thank you to Sydney and the team for going above and beyond when we accidentally left behind a personal item. They responded quickly and helped return it to us, which meant so much to our family. It’s rare to find such thoughtful service these days, and this really made our weekend even more memorable. Highly recommend this hotel, and we look forward to coming back again!
