Hotel facilities are nice and clean; however, I was overcharged, and as soon as I realized & called to get more details about it, they couldn't explain that. The supervisor on shift was rude over the phone and was not able to find my reservation/name/record in the system, and simply told me to call my bank without helping at all. Terrible customer service from management, very unfortunate bc the hotel was a nice option to return in the future
The room are by clean not is a nice place to go and stay
Chef Earls food was amazing, service and cleanliness was amazing, the staff was extremely kind and it was an extremely pleasant experience. Thank you again Chef Earl! We will be back!!!
