I will revise my review should the GM or SOMEONE give me a call back to resolve my issue. I booked a two night stay. Upon arrival was told that I had to call and let them know I was going to be late???? NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I HEARD OF THAT NOR WAS THAT DISCLOSED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. If I paid for a room it’s MY room and I’m entitled to it. Not only did they cancel my room for BOTH nights but they also refuse to give me my money back for that reservation! Love the location! Erick was very helpful and awesome! Felt like being checked in by a family member you haven’t seen in a while! 10/10 recommend this spot highly
13 night stay and I had to leave after 2 days because of spiders and bugs. The room was very outdated and the carpets were disgusting. They never once cleaned my room and there was no toiletries in the room. When I told the front desk they said they were short staffed and there was nothing they could. I would not recommend at all.
