Stayed here for a softball tournament and found two roaches in our room the night we checked in. Around 10 PM I went to the front desk and reported it. The solution was to hand me a can of Raid and send me back to my room. If you've never tried to go to sleep knowing there are roaches in your hotel room, I can tell you it's not the most pleasant feeling. Bad experience — would not return. I checked in on Thursday and was told that housekeeping would be done every other day. My check-out was on Monday, and our room was never cleaned the entire stay. Out of those 4 days, they only changed our towels once. It’s very frustrating when they tell you one thing and do not follow through. Honestly, housekeeping should be done daily, especially considering this is not a cheap hotel and it’s part of the Marriott chain. I travel a lot for both work and pleasure and this is the best experience I have had. Staff is kind, professional and extremely competent! Rooms are clean and well appointed. I highly recommend - wish I could give 10 stars!
