I will revise my review should the GM or SOMEONE give me a call back to resolve my issue. I booked a two night stay. Upon arrival was told that I had to call and let them know I was going to be late???? NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I HEARD OF THAT NOR WAS THAT DISCLOSED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. If I paid for a room it’s MY room and I’m entitled to it. Not only did they cancel my room for BOTH nights but they also refuse to give me my money back for that reservation!
