Libby managed our property for years; she always made everything so easy and I feel she truly looked out for the both the owner and the tenant. My favorite thing about working with Libby is her attentiveness and quick response time - reliability and effective communication is important to me and she always delivered!
Had needed repairs to house that we had to write down for repairs before move in date that never got taken care of.so a total waste of my time. Called property management several times to repair fire detectors in house that constantly were going off throughout the whole day and night that was irritating as hell. They were hard wired into house, not battery operated so you could just remove batteries. Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about Libby and her team. Any problem that comes up (which is rare) was addressed immediately, and I mean IMMEDIATELY. Problems were addressed within the day. Libby is always professional and courteous! If you have the opportunity to rent a property managed by Libby with Courtyard Properties, sign that contract with confidence!
