When I made the decision to sell, I also used her as my selling agent. She did an excellent job preparing the property and doing the listing. I rented from Courtyard Properties for 4 years. The house was exactly what I needed post divorce and the neighborhood was safe. Libby was always so helpful with anything I needed. I would definitely recommend Courtyard and Libby to anyone looking to rent.
Libby at Courtyard Properties was great with helping our out of state investor client understand the rental market and what would be needed to bring the property up to par. Not only that but she had the resources to get the work done. I highly recommend her and trust her!
Unprofessional. Scamming for fees. My daughter couldn't get Jennifer to show her the property requested for almost a week. Then, sent her just a code to view by herself. Loved it. Daughter and roommates filled out the $65 app each and informed Jennifer of that and told her first last and deposit was ready. Jennifer told her she would review and get back to her THAT DAY. 5 DAYS go by before hearing anything and that they want a pet app filled out @ another $30. More days pass. Cannot get returned calls.
