They were easy to set up with and responsive in their communication.
If you want to see how they take care of their properties, drive by the homes in Somers point addition off of Reno and Cemetery and see how terrible the lawns are and how long the grass is! Several neighbors have tried to contact this rental company to ask them to please mow the grass of the homes that they are currently trying to rent and nobody ever answers

I highly recommend Courtyard Properties. Very clean and safe properties. Libby and Jennifer were very helpful and when my heater broke they had it fixed within a few hours.
I’ve worked with several property managers over the last 16 years, and Libby and her team are by far the best. They’re always helpful with anything I need, provide clear end-of-year reports for my accountant, and make everything much easier than any other property manager I’ve worked with. I’m so happy I made the switch and genuinely excited to work with them for the next 16 years and beyond. Highly recommend.
