used this hotel for my wedding block. sarah the coordinator was beyond wonderful. rooms were spacious and a fair price. everything was perfect!
Not a great experience. At check in the front desk actually said, “Sorry but I have to ask, do you need an ADA room?” I had booked an ADA room weeks prior. No idea why the front desk felt it was appropriate to ask personal health questions. Room was okay but the curtains turned out to have mold. Wouldn’t recommend staying there.
Place looks new but seems like it needs some maintenance / management 1 some rooms were moldy and mildew ( complaint from one of our relatives that stayed in the hotel) 2 elevators need some maintenance. 1 was not working, and the other had a good jolt while we were riding it, a touch scary but got us to the third floor 3. The outside fireplace didn't "work" 4.
