Check in and out went easy and fast. Hotel staff was amazing. Room was great and up to standards. BUT the bar was the highlight of my whole trip. It was the best experience I’ve ever had at a hotel bar. STEPHEN was amazing, and such a funny guy. He needs a raise! We came down for a nightcap and ended up spending the whole night hanging at the bar and ordering drinks - best customer service hands down!! We will definitely be coming back to this hotel!
Room has some issues. Shampoo bottle is broken, and cant be used, as it is mounted to the wall. There were no bars of soap left for hand washing, ect. There is an almost fully used roll of toilet paper next to to the toilet that has its edges folded in, decoratively. All the lampshades in the room are cracked, but espicially the one to the right of the bed. The outlets are weak, and my changer kept falling out throughout the night. Clean and professional
The temperature of the room was no good. It was either cold or cold. There was no hot water for bathing. When we told the front desk they said they knew about it. My question is why let us stay if you knew the hot water was not working. Otherwise the hotel was clean and nice.
