Definitely needs much improvement. When you don't have an option but to live here, be prepared for ongoing nightmares. Management here is the worst. Resident endangerment is high here. It's one of the nastiest places I've ever seen. People urinate and defecate in the stairwells. Roaches and bedbugs are out of control. It's not worth the money. And they continue to raise the community fees for utilities. There are so many water leaks that keep the water bill high. We have to compensate for it 🤔???
In the 3 months I've lived here no matter how clean I keep my apartment, I have been dealing with a nonstop roach infestation. I have had 4 mice get into my place that I've had to try and trap and kill. And just this morning I squashed a bug crawling on me that appears to be a bed bug. Majority of the people that live here are experiencing roaches, mice, and bed bugs just as I am. It's a known fact. The building is disgusting for more reasons than just pests and rodents. Unfortunately, Mr. Charles posted an inaccurate review following an incident in which he became verbally and physically aggressive toward staff, including the use of inappropriate and disrespectful language. Has a bed bug infestation through out whole building. Admitted by maitainance. Lady in office don't know what she is doing. Last time I went someone was being carried out in a stretcher to a amulance
