When the recent power outage occurred, the Management of Emerald Estates, provided meals for All tenants two days running. Though I was prepared, the gesture was heart warming and appreciated. This was compassion and concern above and beyond the call of duty. It warmed an old Veteran's Heart to find some that still Care !! THANK YOU.! LeRoy Smith.......
How do I get ahold of the office the number that's on here is no good
Disgusting
Dealing with bed bugs, roaches, and mice at the same time. Spending money to try and stop it. It doesn't matter how clean you keep your apartment, this building is infested with all of them. I've been here only 6 months and this has been a problem. I'm stressed out and moving from here ASAP. I strongly recommend not leasing an apartment here. There's more going on than what I mentioned. Dangerous area. It's horrible.
I’ve visited clients here and honestly the manager is amazing. Ms. Whitney works really hard to make this community better and you can see the effort she puts in. Some of the negative reviews on here seem a little over the top and don’t always tell the full story. I have friends that live there and they told me how hard she is working and how disrespectful some of the residents are to her when they don’t get their way.
