STAY AWAY!! No security, no maintenance, pure rudeness. It has been almost 4 months since I moved out and still they did not pay my security deposit back. Every time I call to ask for it, they are telling me to wait for another 4-6 months. Don't be fooled by the laundry machine and the pool. Laundry machine breaks every month and it takes another month for them to have it fixed. Do not come here. No matter what, do NOT come here. The management do not care about you, or your safety. The gates here have been broken for an entire year. I complained a year ago and they claimed they couldn't get the parts to fix it. They charge too much and the apartments themselves are terrible. STAY AWAY!!!! The girl in the front office is really rude and has no idea what she is doing! If she can't solve a problem for you there is no one for you to call to help out!! Maintenance is extremely slow about doing everything! I had mold problems, issues with leaks, and roaches!! We pay to have the apartments sprayed for bugs and I've been here a year and it was only done once! Worst apartment imaginable. I m not from around Baton Rouge and did not know the area was not great to begin with but this apartment complex is very deceiving. The pool is never clean, the maintenance man is awful (might as well do it yourself), there aren t any lights or fans on the ceilings of the bedrooms or living room, tenants park where-ever they want (including handicap and unmarked spaces), there s no clear entrance exit signs (you can image the problem with that), advertised free wi-fi is extremely slow, the complex... read more
