I love this place. The grounds are well taken care of. If you have something needing fixed maintence is promptly there to fix it. Every 6 months they come by change the batteries in the smoke alarms check with you on any maintence issues and ask if there are any problems needing their attention. The on site manager is great! They have functions in the club house, birthday party every month to celebrate residents with a birthday that month, pot luck lunches. And there's no drama here to deal with.
Nice, quiet, clean grounds. Great laundry rooms and club house. Neighbors very friendly. Save environment. Nice Manager :)
