Called to schedule a tour of an apartment. They told me they would call me back to confirm but they didn’t. I call back the day of the tour and they said I can come in for a walk in. I get there and nobody is there to open the gate so I call them letting them know I am there and the office I’m calling gives me the property managers number which isn’t a valid number. Called them back again and they said that’s the only number they had for the property manager. Waste of time and gas.
I am not a tenant at this property, but after the experience I’m glad we found something else and didn’t feel like we were being a burden just asking someone to do their job. Very unprofessional. The girl who answers the phone either doesn’t relay messages OR their on site leasing agent needs to maybe learn how to properly do her job and communicate. We scheduled a visit to see a unit at 4PM.
