RecommendedGayla and all of the staff were great and very COVID friendly with lots of precautions in place. The spa is very spacious and we had a great facial, massage and pedicure. And they had great deals going on and a nice glass of Prosecco to boot. Highly recommend.

Picture this you pay a premium for a 4 star hotel and there is absolutely no parking . No valet. If you do park in the garage next door its 30 for the day.However you have to keep paying everytime you go in and out. If you get a meter your going down every 2 hours to pay for it. I would absolutely avoid this place by all means.

RecommendedShout out to Maureen, the Activities Director, and her team for outstanding service & for going above and beyond for their guest!!!! The group at Shade has been amazing as well, helping out with pool reservations!! Thanks for being so responsive!!
