RecommendedLove this spa! Live local and use it all the time. My only suggestion would be to get a wider range of nail colors and coordinating for gel and regular polish. Very clean and great service. Love Amelia!

RecommendedI reserved the Broadway Suite for my little sister’s 17th birthday and had an amazing time! It was worth every dollar and more. I’ve never seen such a beautiful hotel room; pictures don’t even do it justice. I posted photos/videos to social media and probably answered dozens of messages about the room/hotel! The front desk was so helpful with our many requests and the room was sparkling clean. We visit Nashville a few times a year and are already planning our next visit; we won’t ever stay anywhere else in the city!

Reserved 13th floor or higher river view room. Upon arrival I found I was placed in a 7th floor river view corner room with a spectacular view of the parking garage. Apparently reservations do not reserve a room with this hotel? The bathroom vanity is a tiny triangular design which cannot even accommodate a common shaving kit. Parties going on until 2am in surrounding rooms and doors slamming past 3am. I am an elite member and stay almost exclusively with Marriott. I just checked out from the Orlando world center Marriott and as we are picking up to leave and closing the sofa bed where my son was sleeping we see a dirty underwear from a previous guest hiding inside the sofa bed mind you my son was sleeping on that bed for 3 days with that under it if that was there imagine how well that room was actually cleaned ,specially with COVID this is unacceptable and it being a Marriott and the biggest one in the world what a great disappointment. RecommendedGayla greeted us and was so kind! We showed up a couple minutes late to our amenities appointment and they generously gave us more time to use their spa whirlpool. Amalia took her time during the mani and pedi. Very personable staff! Great experience! Definitely plan for 2-3 hour stay for spa services.
