Beautiful location with gorgeous views of downtown San Diego, but horrible service. Lots of miscommunication between staff members of Covid rules and regulations. Poor food selection that is over priced and poor quality.

Our room had feces on the comforter, what looked like throw up in the both room. I have NEVER stayed at a hotel so dirty. Beautiful outside but would never recommend. Because of Covid I had to make my own bed. $500 a night and I’m making my bed because there was (feces?) on the comforter?
