Staff was great and super accommodating for anything I needed. Very friendly. Clean hotel and downstairs in the bistro they made great coffee! They took great care of me because I was there over a month and I had mail delivered etc.
We were greeted warmly and treated very well at check-in. The room was nice, and the bed was comfortable. Typical great Courtyard hotel. Numerous good dining options close by. I strongly recommend staying in Prattville as opposed to Montgomery – more options close at hand and not as crowded. Revision: was surprised by having to pay for coffee and muffin in the morning. Just not normal for most hotels these days.
