Housekeeping! Never wiped down any countertops. Nor swept. Nor cleaned toilet.
Great hotel , great location , super clean rooms and great customer service .
Believe the other reviews about children running wild and out of control noise. They must have some sort of on-going relationship with a youth sports organization. Excited kids are one thing but groups of boisterous parents hanging out in hallways late nights and early mornings is just rude. Hotel staff is absent from the floors and there seemed to be zero effort to curb the excessive noise. They proudly told us the hotel was newly renovated but our bathroom looked 20 years old.
Was a great place to stay. Quiet, cool for a 95 degree day & close to many places to eat. Lady who checked us in had lacked stating any amenities or hours or even where elevators were. Other than her the bartender & checkout staff was above par.
