One of the best hotels in the area. Front desk and staff were extremely kind and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and my needs were met. Rooms & Bathrooms were super clean and spotless. Location is great, and prices are definitely a bargain for the service and quality. Will no doubt be staying here again for my next visit.

Our stay at the Courtyard Marriott in Collierville was disappointing from the moment we arrived. The most relevant concern was when I attempted to leave my room, the door wouldn’t lock.... read more

Gary at the front desk truly set the tone for an exceptional stay. From the moment I arrived, he was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. He handled everything efficiently while also taking the time to make me feel valued as a guest. Gary’s knowledge of the hotel and the surrounding area was impressive, and his recommendations were spot-on. What really stood out was his positive attitude and attention to detail—he went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth and stress-free. Employees like Gary make all the dif... read more

My wife and I stayed at this the night of April 9th. When we checked in the staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was very nice as well. When we booked the room online it prompted me to pay for breakfast, WiFi and parking for an extra fee and I accepted. The next morning my wife went downstairs to get something to eat and a cup of coffee. She was told that she had to pay so she just got the coffee (which she had to pay for). We had.a 9:30 am appointment so we went down to eat breakfast at 8:15 with the intention o... read more
