The hotel is very nice and welcoming. The staff was great especially Eric who worked at the front desk. The rooms were so comfortable and had everything you would need for an overnight stay. There is a pool and a sauna, I did not use them but they looked inviting. Definitely recommend.

This was a perfect stay. They went above and beyond for us. The desk worker was very friendly and welcoming, and let us know there were cookies and lemonade in the lobby, even though it was almost 9pm. The room was clean and there were enough towels. The only negative was I forgot to request a room not near the elevator, and the elevator dinged and kept me awake because our room was right across from the elevator. Room is spacious! Facility is very clean. Check in was surprisingly fast. Location is part of a shopping area with a few restaurants nearby, but it's more "out of the way" than I would prefer. Ice machine was hard to find; better signage would have been appreciated. But if that's the biggest negative you can say about a property, they're getting a LOT of things right!

Clean however it feels like the floors are super uneven to the point of a fall hazard. Probably foundation issues but odd to feel it so much in the 4th floor. I rated it 5 stars before but changed to 1 star. I stayed there 3 weeks ago and just got a $60 charge pending from them today. What the heck is up with them. They hit everyone who attended a conference here but what they don’t know is it is everyone’s personal card and companies don’t reimburse such BS. You guys are scammers. The front desk clerk was short with me. She said my corporate card was declined and I then asked her to check it again and she said you input the numbers.... The card worked worked she handed me my key card said the elevators were to the left didn't take the time to explain amenities restaurant hours or anything else. Housekeeping is very good
