We recently stayed at the Courtyard Marriott in Collierville TN and had an amazing experience thanks to Ashley and her team. Our group needed several rooms, some adjoining, and Ashley made the process so seamless and smooth. Her communication was efficient, organized and incredibly kind and thoughtful. I had a great experience staying at this hotel! Everything was very clean and well maintained, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly from check in to check out, and they made sure we had everything we needed. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, so you do not have to go far for food or shopping. I would definitely stay here again and look forward to coming back!
