We recently stayed at the Courtyard Marriott in Collierville TN and had an amazing experience thanks to Ashley and her team. Our group needed several rooms, some adjoining, and Ashley made the process so seamless and smooth. Her communication was efficient, organized and incredibly kind and thoughtful. Absolutely loved my stay here! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The service was outstanding — warm, attentive, and always willing to help. The price-quality ratio is honestly unbeatable, and the amenities made the whole experience feel luxurious and comfortable at the same time. One of the best hotels in the area. Front desk and staff were extremely kind and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and my needs were met. Rooms & Bathrooms were super clean and spotless. Location is great, and prices are definitely a bargain for the service and quality. Will no doubt be staying here again for my next visit.

I had a wonderful stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Memphis Collierville. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, but what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. Morgan at the front desk went above and beyond to make my stay seamless and welcoming. Friendly, professional, and attentive, Morgan made a great first impression and ensured everything I needed was taken care of. Highly recommend this hotel and its outstanding staff!

Check in was great thanks to Nacia! The room was amazing, and the hotel looked super clean and smelled great. My only complaint was the beds and pillows. They were pretty uncomfortable and made for a rough nights sleep. I actually opted to sleep on the sofa bed which was super firm but was more comfortable than the bed. Pool was good, small but fun for the kids and the tv had lots of options to watch and I love it offered streaming! Overall great stay
