Absolutely loved my stay here! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The service was outstanding — warm, attentive, and always willing to help. The price-quality ratio is honestly unbeatable, and the amenities made the whole experience feel luxurious and comfortable at the same time. One of the best hotels in the area. Front desk and staff were extremely kind and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and my needs were met. Rooms & Bathrooms were super clean and spotless. Location is great, and prices are definitely a bargain for the service and quality. Will no doubt be staying here again for my next visit.

Check in was great thanks to Nacia! The room was amazing, and the hotel looked super clean and smelled great. My only complaint was the beds and pillows. They were pretty uncomfortable and made for a rough nights sleep. I actually opted to sleep on the sofa bed which was super firm but was more comfortable than the bed. Pool was good, small but fun for the kids and the tv had lots of options to watch and I love it offered streaming! Overall great stay

Our stay at the Courtyard Marriott in Collierville was disappointing from the moment we arrived. When we tried to check in, there was no one at the front desk, and we waited more than 10 minutes before anyone came to assist the guests waiting in the lobby. After finally checking in, we were assigned a room that had a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, and the door was locked, clearly indicating that someone was already occupying the room. I would like to bring to your attention some major concerns from my most recent stay. When I arrived and was checked in I was placed on the third floor. Once I stepped off the elevator I was appalled. There were boxes lining the halls, making navigating the hallway very difficult. It appeared to be a storage floor of sorts. Once I found my room, there were boxes filled with pillows surrounding my door. I will admit, I had early check-in.
