You need new chairs in the rooms. The seats were peeling. There were no room darking curtains! Staff was great and location was great!

The hotel is very nice and welcoming. The staff was great especially Eric who worked at the front desk. The rooms were so comfortable and had everything you would need for an overnight stay. There is a pool and a sauna, I did not use them but they looked inviting. Definitely recommend.

Clean however it feels like the floors are super uneven to the point of a fall hazard. Probably foundation issues but odd to feel it so much in the 4th floor. I rated it 5 stars before but changed to 1 star. I stayed there 3 weeks ago and just got a $60 charge pending from them today. What the heck is up with them. They hit everyone who attended a conference here but what they don’t know is it is everyone’s personal card and companies don’t reimburse such BS. You guys are scammers. Great hotel, comfortable stay, very safe and great lobby/restaurant area. First courtyard I stayed at, pleasantly surprised.
