This has been the most horrible experience I've ever had at a hotel and I've only just checked in a few hours ago. The luggage carriers are WAY too small, I had to make two trips and no employee offered help. One elevator, of two, is out of service and the wait for one is at least ten minutes. I asked for a plastic bag to use a garbage bin for ice to put my drinks in because the ice bin doesn't even fit one bottle of beer. Worst Customer service I have Ever Seen. GM comes to work dressed like a street person. None of the Doors Lock to keep none visitors out. Very unsecured. When I told the GM I was told if I did not feel Safe I could go and stay some wheres else. It was the worst experience of the 40+ stay with Marriott this year. I have 5-7 Free stay that I will not use if I do not get this issue resolved. I am a platinum Rewards member and get treated like garbage at this location.
I stayed at this hotel after arriving at LAX. The room was inexpensive, $139. Not bad for LA. The room and amenities were very nice. The hotel was also very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the linens soft. Convenient location and no charge for parking. .
Had a large group of colleagues in town and lodged everyone at this Marriott. Lived up to the excellent standard I have come to expect from Marriott. The employees were curteous and friendly, and the rooms were spotless. Thank you for a successful trip! Rodd Ricciardi Find-A-Dream
I'm happy I found this hotel first when I was in Raleigh, they had the best accommodation, great rooms and the people were so nice and approachable. I highly recommend this hotel.
