I recently stayed at the Courtyard in Monrovia, I was there for a short weekend retreat. At this particular location I recieved what I believe was the best serviceI had ever recieved from a hotel. The staff there was professional and well trained. Kudos to the mangers. The two that made my stay more enjoyable were Leslie and Bennie, with there knowledge of the area I always had something to do. Thanks again, I definitely will return.
I give this hotel 5 stars. The whole property is very well trained and caring. The front desk in particular is great, it seems as if they knew what I wanted before I even asked. Loretta was very nice and gave me plenty of information about the city, Porshe was great as well she was very nice and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay I will come back again because of the customer service is fantastic.
To start, Alison was the first encounter worth having over again,she made us feel more welcome than our many previous stays at other hotels in the area. I know why, she is so proud of the Marriott and it shows. The rooms are immaculate, the pool,weight room as well. The late hour 11:00 PM room service plus the staff that runs the restaurant in my book is the BEST in all my travels. Thank You, THE GARNETT'S
