The water pressure is awful here
There was a sound machine in the room but the strer noise was very loud on third floor. One of the channels on the TV didn't work. Asked for service but no one came to look. Asked front desk about allergens in the room and they said no, but specific allergen was in the soaps.
Great experience. Richard is the best at the bar . Feels like home . Dan is very nice also . Definitely will be back !
The grout in the shower desperately needs cleaned of mold, but the rest of the room was fine. Our A/C on the 7th floor did not seem to want to work correctly either, so a couple of nights we slept hot. Only other complaint would be the doors - they are so loud. You can close them quietly from the inside with some effort, but it is IMPOSSIBLE to be quiet with it from the hallway. Its due for a renovation, paint falling off, tiles, not the cleanest. TV in the room is nice and big. Location is good, thats about it.
