The staff was nice and check in service was fast, but I will be looking for other options on my next visit. The shower was a terrible experience. Lots of black mold around the edges and the water pressure non existent. On top of that the water was either super hot or cold. No way to get a warm mix. Others in my group reported the same issues with their rooms. I am a Marriott Platinum Elite member and have stayed hundreds of nights with Marriott. This is not their standard.
A worn and tired hotel. Particularly the shower. For $200 a night it not unreasonable to expect complimentary morning coffee as I’ve come to expect from Marriott . The elevator emits a blood curdling groan that doesn’t inspire confidence that you’ll reach your destination.
the rooms were OK .. The big issue is that the hotel wifi is REALLY BAD!!.... You cant even stream netflix without buffering in 2025. I broke down and paid the extra 10 bucks a day for the business wifi annnnnd it was just as bad. I ran a speed test and was getting between 6-10 mb. There is no reason not to offer your guest usable wifi even Mcdonalds has free wifi.
