Stayed 4 nights. Ice machine never worked on 5th floor. One elevator was out 2 days. No response from desk when we tried to get in from parking lot after 10 pm. Another guest finally helped get us in as key room cards wouldn’t open door. Air conditioning ran constantly and room never really cooled down. They need to get lots of inconveniences fixed. Staff was pleasant.
The rooms were a little mediocre for the price not the best water pressure, the capet is designed oddly where you can see all the floor traffic through out the room but overall clean rooms and decent qaulity beds for a hotel but the hotel does have a great location if your interested in the shopping district for Kansas city I did look at the quote un quote restaurant and I would recommend to just go find an actual restaurant for the prices
