Heather (the head honcho) and her team are phenomenal. I am a Marriott loyalist and know all their brands. This is the best Courtyard I’ve ever been to. I probably stay here 70+ nights a year. 5 stars, highly recommend.
I was double charged due to them not seeing I had fully paid the reservation through Booking.com. I was charged at the front desk with promises that it would fall off, It of course posted and they did charge me two times and three times for the incidental fee! When I called the file a claim to get a refund, I was told to wait patiently that it would fall off once it posted.
