I did not like the beds. I like my Temperpedic at home. Wish they had one at this hotel. It seemed as if they were short staffed at the bar/restraunt but the staff we encountered we friendly and eager to please. We had ran out of toilet paper and asked the clerk at the front desk for some. I was told that it would be delivered to the room. 4 hours later no toilet paper so I tracked down one of the room cleaners and got a couple of rolls.
Very Clean room, elevator and lobby. Nice comfortable beds. The doors are not locked after midnight. Means anyone can walk in. The guest services need to be more attentive to the guests!!!
Have stayed at this hotel about 4-5 times as a mid-way point on a regular trip. It’s been a decent hotel most of the time, but this time the reception clerk did not want to help us locate a room and directed us to go online. Of course we just went down to the street to Hilton instead.
