For the location and apartment size, the price is fantastic. New appliances, carpet, and countertops when I moved in. Maintenance has been quick and great. I was initially concerned about the shared laundry, but I've had zero issues doing my laundry when I want to. Other tenants are very friendly, courteous, and quiet. Love that I can walk to plenty of shops and restaurants on Johnson drive, and even Starbucks is just a 10 min walk.

We lived here a few years ago and moved to different city for work. It is a small town that is quiet and peaceful. We did not have any major problems with our unit, though the building is older. The manager has been, in our experience, helpful and attentive and the maintenance staff quick to attend to our needs. Our calls were answered within the day and any work needed was done in a day or two. Parking is adequate, location is great, and I felt safe in this town.

Excellent apartment complex. Quiet, safe, no frills, clean and well kept. I am starting my fourth year in my current unit here and don't have any immediate plans to leave. My family and friends love to come visit and take advantage of the short walk to downtown Mission for shopping a food. Management is direct and quick to respond, while also low key enough to allow you to just take care of your home, mind your own business, and feel accepted. I lived there over a year and I love it. The apartment had a great layout and the grounds were clean and very well kept. The location was quiet and the perfect distance from downtown where I worked. The management and maintenance staff were fantastic and always answered the phone when I called them, which I liked. It was a great decision to move there.
