Hotel needs some updates. Breakfast was very good.
Stayed here for our visit to the NASA space center. Good hotel, great customer service. They remembered it was my son’s birthday and left him a note and some treats. Overall amazing experience.
Visited NASA with family & stayed at this hotel out of convenience. We couldn’t have had a better experience than this. Hayley was wonderful & attentive to us. The room was spacious & faced towards the front so we could see out unto the front where the water fountains were. The hotel is conveniently located with a lot of restaurants & Kemah only 11 miles away. Clean, updated & comfortable hotel with great customer service! Definitely recommend & will be our “go to” hotel in the future.
Check-in at this hotel was a very unpleasant experience to the point that we decided to check out the very next day and move to another hotel. Front desk staff (we were working with Carl) is extremely unprofessional in their conduct and behavior. Front desk staff simply abandoned the desk at one point and delayed our check in by more than 30 mins. I was very unsure of my length of stay. The front desk staff was very flexible and kind to work with me on checkout date and time. They made the biggest difference and impact on my stay. I had no issues throughout my extended stay. The room was clean. The cleaning staff were also friendly. I appreciated having a mini fridge and microwave in the room.
