Friendly Staff, Average Stay, Great Location for NASA Caitlin and Cameron at the front desk were wonderful—friendly, helpful, and definitely the highlight of my stay. Hotel front staff was non-welcoming, dull and ignorant. Probably didn't want to do whatever job she had. Room was moldy smell, and the shower door would not close properly, and water ends up everywhere in the bathroom. AC was loud as hell. Housekeeping took Gli.Net Beryl AX portable router, and when confronted with hotel manager, no responses/inactions. Would not recommend, would not stay again. It was one of the quietest hotels we have stayed in. We couldn't hear any road noise or any other guests. The rooms were very comfortable and clean although the bed was a bit firm. The staff was friendly and, as always, the breakfast was perfect.
