I always use their airport parking and never had a problem--but yesterday when I arrived at Ft Myers Airport at 10:30 am and I called for the next shuttle, I was put on hold for several minutes at which point I hung up and called again. I was told by Mari at the desk that their ONE shuttle was broken and no pickups for another 1-1.5 hrs!! She said "around 11:30 or noon" I asked if there was no other option and she said no, I could take a taxi or Uber to their parking lot. Clean, great location, very helpful desk attendants. We'll be back soon. However, ac in the hallways was either not working or set too high! Very warm shuffling luggage
Great service as the staff was incredible. The hallways were hot . All in all I would recommend this place for anyone
