Loved it! Super clean, great patio area, bed was comfy, staff was attentive, location is great too for jumping on and off the interstate. 10 to 15 minutes to everything we needed. Safe area, well lit, kid and family friendly.
Honestly, as a traveling club softball mom, my standards are always low for hotel quality. This hotel is a no frills courtyard, if anything, I would rate it higher than most. The staff has been cleaning floors and general areas nonstop since we arrived. We’ve had no issues or complaints. The location is convenient in proximity to the highway and good local food spots/gas/pharmacy, but the real reason for my review is for the staff itself. The room had ceiling damage, dresser drawers were broken. Room was rushed to be cleaned. If you asked for towels or something else we got an attitude like it was a bother to them by more than one employee. The pool was closed the first day and never had towels.
