We had two nights booked, but had an emergency and couldn't come night 1. We called before our checkin window, and they said we could check in tomorrow, then deleted our reservation and wouldn't rebook us.
The up keep of this hotel is extremely lacking in all the nesscary areas and extremely mis advertised and represented on their website and through 3rd party sites.. It appears they are under reconstruction/ renovations which was not mentioned on the website in so some portions of the building are unoccupied and half of the equipment on the side that is occupied is mostly down or doesnt work properly.
Had a very nice stay. The man working the front desk was very nice helpful & accommodating.
