I stayed 4 nights. Housekeeping never cleaned the room (which explains the rest of the review) - there was a previous guest’s room key on the floor between the bed and nightstand. I got pink eye after my first night. The room was disgusting and old. I didn’t go elsewhere because the prices were super high (graduations and Mother’s Day). When I went to check out this morning at 4:15 am, the only person near the front desk was sleeping and snoring on a bench. This is by far the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. I loved it and will give 5 stars once the pool is ready
When I saw the negative reviews I was very concerned. Luckly it turn out fine, no bed bugs and it's clean. Raj at front desk was professional and helpful. He said there's been changes in the management and things got better.
