This is the worst Marriott hotel I've ever stayed in. The room smelled like mold and some sort of burnt rubber. The "gym" area was two old treadmills and one (1) dumbbell in a rack. The whole place just felt gross. Its insane that this place has the Marriott name on it. The staff was trying to accommodate, but this place is a larger issue than what the staff can remediate. I wish I could give it 0 stars.
i always have a pleasant stay when i’m in town. i love that it’s older. it’s put together well so you don’t hear the people walking above you.. it’s always clean and most of the staff is wonderful. the pool is nice and big, we always have a comfortable stay here. and this weekend my daughter left her shoes and we didn’t realize it til well after we left and they were thankfully able to retrieve them for us. definitely recommend!
Staff double charged me upon check in, after asking why I paid double for one night the staff told me it was a hold and I would get it back. Staff was more occupied with her personal call over checking her work because a week later and I’ve never gotten anything back. When calling the hotel, they were competent enough to see they doubled my charges but not competent enough to return it.
