Beautiful place
For the price overall it's not bad, maintenance is the biggest issue honestly. Place needs to be redone in many different areas from the roof, the pool cement, the electric outlets, the cracks in the base flooring which let's bugs in. I love that it's brick though, it's quiet, neighbors are nice and friendly. They clean the apartments before you move in and it's pretty roomy for 1-2 people. I've seen roaches since the pest people don't come every month but it's not to often. I'd recommend this place more if they'd just take ... read more

I really like living here. It's not all on street parking, there is a parking lot on the Hull Street side of the building that is for residents only. There is one wall that is brick and it's exposed on both sides. One side is in the living room and the other is in the huge bathroom. I love it and think the exposed brick adds a lot of character. I'm thinking about getting a neon sign to hang on one side of it. Every other wall in my apartment is normal painted drywall. Never seen a roach, rat or any other vermon. Not in my ap... read more
