For the price overall it's not bad, maintenance is the biggest issue honestly. Place needs to be redone in many different areas from the roof, the pool cement, the electric outlets, the cracks in the base flooring which let's bugs in. I love that it's brick though, it's quiet, neighbors are nice and friendly. They clean the apartments before you move in and it's pretty roomy for 1-2 people. I really like living here. It's not all on street parking, there is a parking lot on the Hull Street side of the building that is for residents only. There is one wall that is brick and it's exposed on both sides. One side is in the living room and the other is in the huge bathroom. I love it and think the exposed brick adds a lot of character. I'm thinking about getting a neon sign to hang on one side of it. Every other wall in my apartment is normal painted drywall. Never seen a roach, rat or any other vermon. Not in my ap... read more
Apartments looked nice and seemed like a good place to live but I gave the $40 application fee and haven't heard anything. I was told that an apartment was available for October but when I finally got in touch with them. They said they're wasn't. Seems like they're racking up on the application fees. They say an apartment is available to get you to pay the $40 app fee. Not good business
I was suppose to be there with someone but I'm glad I'm not because I know of someone just moved there. And lets just say I didn't like the bricked walls. Parking you put your car on the street I bet they're not responsible for that either. And to hell they check for back ground checks on you. Which if you're willing to pay rent you should be able to. Just saying. Without all of the hassles of wanting to pay rent..
