I had a horrible experience at Charlotte. Room service moved and rummaged through my things. I had personal belongings stolen and my room rearranged on me. No streaming services available…DO NOT STAY HERE!!! In response to “Reply” comment.. Well of course your “employees” are gonna say they didn’t..I went to the front desk and complained immediately as soon as I noticed. This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We got there late at night and were told they had given away our room. They were able to give us another room, but not with two beds like the one we had reserved. After walking around the other local hotels with all of our luggage while I’m 7 months pregnant we finally came back and decided to take the room with one bed out of desperation.
