Unfortunately, our experience was problematic from the moment we checked in. I had reserved two rooms: one king room and one room with two queen beds. Upon arrival, we were checked into two king rooms without being informed of any change. When we first went upstairs, our room keys did not work, requiring a trip back to the front desk. Granted the hotel was under construction on some of the floors. But the main lobby had water leaking from the ceiling. Half of the ice machines were out of order. The whole place was dirty and looked worn out.
Rooms need updating, however they are in the process of doing that now.
