Bed was one of the lower quality beds I’ve slept in for a LONG time of traveling. I fly and stay at hotels at least 20 times a year. The staff was lovely. But there was toilet paper scraps in the toilet. The room was VERY small for a KING suite…. My bedroom at home is bigger. They give you two large towels, a couple mediums and two washcloths. Well, it wasn't terrible... no bugs or dirty sheets or anything, so giving a moderate 3 stars. The bed was a firm spring mattress that was quite uncomfortable (compared to other Courtyards with very cozy beds, it was disappointing). The room was a little musty smelling. It's an older building, you can tell from the condition, paint, smell, etc. The front desk was person was running the coffee bar across the room, so id say they are short-staffed and dont really have customer service points there. Rooms are okay. Older and outdated bathrooms. Pillows are semi firm. Housekeeping doesn’t seem to read the do not disturb signs.
