I had to make the bed. They would not bring bed sheets up. The hotel is dirty. The elevators are very bad. They do not seem to care and they don’t try. The building should be renovated. Don’t stay here
Arrival Experience From the moment I arrived, the experience at this Courtyard by Marriott was disappointing. The staff member at the front desk was not welcoming at all. Instead of greeting me, she immediately began interrogating me in a rude manner about why I was there. It didn’t feel like casual conversation—more like being talked down to.
